Viktoria Wiberg has had a lifelong relationship with real estate. Her father was a commercial and residential developer, and beginning from a young age, Viktoria would join her parents in all aspects of their real estate transactions: going to showings and open houses, sitting in on closings, and helping pick out fixtures and decor. Growing up, she lived in six different houses in their Stamford, Connecticut neighborhood–three her father built and three he renovated. Having been exposed to so many different kinds of properties, I'm able to spot potential from a different perspective than most, she says. Transitioning full time into real estate felt like a natural progression. Viktoria is a sociable, hardworking and driven ally to her clients. She comes to the industry from a career in fashion wholesale, which gave her first-hand experience working with high-volume clients from both domestic and international backgrounds. Her native skill set and employment background have honed her abilities to forge quick connections, ascertain her clients' desires and spot the perfect deal for them.
