How should we connect with you?

    Brentwood

A pretty and popular suburb of Nashville, Brentwood is a relatively new town compared to its Williamson County neighbor of Franklin. Brentwood slowly grew on the land of former tobacco and horse farms during the 1940s and 1950s, before finally becoming incorporated as a city in 1969. Today, Brentwood has a reputation of comprising only new construction mansions, but the reality is that there’s quite a range of lot sizes and houses within the town. If new development is what you’re looking for, that’s certainly available in Brentwood, whether it’s within a gated community or built from the ground up on your own parcel of land. But people looking for older neighborhoods—many with smaller houses set on large lots—will find plenty of options as well. Brentwood is particularly known for its green spaces, with 14 major parks in town and an extensive trail system for walking or biking.
