Victoria excels in real estate and exceeds her clients’ expectations with her tireless work ethic, excellent negotiating skills, and highly effective marketing campaigns. A Manhattan resident since 1994, she has a deep knowledge of NYC, and specializes in residential sales and rentals throughout Brooklyn and Manhattan where she also owns real estate investments.

Victoria became a real estate agent after an illustrious 15-year career as a Photo Editor for such respected companies as CNNMoney, Sotheby’s, and Forbes. She thrived on the opportunity to negotiate photo contracts and oversee up to 15 employees, then capitalized on her keen negotiation and management skills to facilitate smooth and profitable real estate transactions on her current clientele’s behalf. Victoria further benefits her buyers and sellers with her strong aesthetic sensibility and attention to visual detail that are particularly valuable when marketing exclusives and presenting properties in their best light.

A downtown resident, Victoria is passionate about philanthropy and has been actively involved in a variety of fundraisers for Corlears and the Neighborhood School. Plus she served on the committee for the GO Project which helps underprivileged kids in the downtown area. Victoria also loves to ski, try new restaurants and cuisines, and spend time with her husband and two children. She jumps on the chance to travel when she can, and is working towards her goal to run a marathon on every continent, (even Antarctica!)

Recommendations
Victoria saved us on helping us sell our apartment. At first, we tried to sell on our own for almost a year to no success. Then, we met Victoria and she had quickly achieved selling it at the highest price for the apartment line. The apartment directly above us sold for $170,000 less with similar conditions. If you are looking to sell without compromise, look to Victoria.

I have had the pleasure of working with Victoria Reichelt both in a purchase and sale of my apartment. Victoria is a lovely person, very friendly, tremendously communicative and helpful, and always happy to go above and beyond what might normally be required. I enthusiastically recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell real estate.
— Jeffry Powell, Buyer & Seller
After I had my first baby, our apartment became too small and too dangerous to accommodate a sweet little creature. With all that is involved in the first months of motherhood, I had little energy to get involved in apartment hunting. Victoria was the key that made it happen. I especially appreciated her professionalism and super fast replies to my inquiries. She is a real problem solver!
— Cristina B. Nixon, Buyer
As a landlord/developer, I have enjoyed working with Victoria immensely. She is dedicated and hard working. She takes client feedback in real-time and incorporates it immediately into her work to perform better for her clients. She has a lot of hustle and passion and know she is working hard for me. I highly recommend her to any developer/owner who wants a dedicated broker.

Victoria truly went above and beyond making our first time home buying experience as seamless as possible. She's very efficient and had just the right neighborhood contacts for us; from getting a mortgage to putting the finishing touches on our new home. Living in such a busy city, you need someone like Victoria to advocate for you through the process and listen to your wants and needs.
— Amanda Nguyen and Carlo Schiano, Buyer
It was my good fortune that I connected with Victoria when it came time to find an apartment in Manhattan. She is a pleasure to work with on many levels. She is professional, knowledgeable and responsive but more importantly she is a nice person. She was a tremendous help with the co-op application process, which can be a bit overwhelming. She made a stressful situation much more tolerable.
