In her tenure of excellence at Citi Habitats, Julie was also credited for closing a $20 million sale that was among the Top 25 Residential Deals in New York in 2012. Julie's exceptional knowledge, attention to detail, personal involvement in her clients' deals and skillful negotiating on their behalf have not only established her as a leader in her industry, but as a sought-after residential expert by buyers, sellers and renters alike.
