Tim Rettaliata began his career in real estate in 2010 as a salesperson working on a multiple award-winning team with the #1 agent in the Park Slope office. His dedication and expertise ultimately led to his appointment as the Managing Director of Corcoran’s Brooklyn Heights Office at 124 Montague Street, where as sales manager, he is committed to setting his agents up for long term success.
Tim’s management style is genuine and attentive. His goal is to empower his agents to harness their skills, do more business, and raise the bar on client service. He also strives to create a work environment of collaborative thinking and sharing between colleagues, with an easygoing approach and a dedication to learning that are continually inspiring.
During his time as a sales professional, Tim was a key member of a top-producing team that sold over half a billion dollars of real estate in New York and Brooklyn. Being involved in a substantial number of transactions, Tim acquired a keen business sense and a solid understanding of the real estate process. He draws from these experiences and leverages his seasoned insights to answer questions, address concerns, and help his agents navigate a seamless sales process in a complex real estate market.
Prior to joining The Corcoran Group, Tim studied at The Catholic University of America in Washington D.C where he played Lacrosse and pursued internships in Marketing, Public Relations, and at The United States Congress.
