Erin loves real estate because the market is always changing and keeps you on your toes! An avid lover of history, culture and sociology, Erin was born and raised on the Upper West Side and has a sincere appreciation for all the amazing diversity of people, ideas, food and culture that NYC has to offer. While working on new development sales teams with Corcoran Sunshine for four years, Erin worked closely with top sales directors, marketing teams and sponsors to market and sell beautiful high end luxury properties. She worked on both small boutique buildings and high-rises in a variety of neighborhoods including: the Financial District, Battery Park City, TriBeCa, Upper East Side and Upper West Side. There she learned what a difference floorplan layout and design, proper pricing and model staging of properties can make in selling properties.
Erin has a BA in History and MA in Teaching and Education, and worked in education prior to real estate where she taught 7th and 8th grade geography, ancient civilizations and early American history and government. She still maintains an active interest in history and enjoys listening to history podcasts, attending history walking tours and visiting historical societies.
Her unique blend of experiences in education and real estate have honed her customer service skills. When not hard at work Erin enjoys cooking, yoga and visiting parks and museums.
