Bronfman's former Muppets manse hits the market at $27.25M
A townhouse that once served as the creative headquarters of Muppets creator Jim Henson hit the market today at $27.25 million.
The house, located at
Henson had purchased the house in 1977 for $600,000 from the New York State Pharmaceutical Association. It became known as the Muppet Workshop, where designers from Henson Associates created stories for the likes of Kermit the Frog, Miss Piggy and Big Bird.
