This 19th century Greek Revival-style Presbyterian church was converted into a co-op in 1982. It has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Ceilings range from about 9½ feet to 14 feet high. There are also five skylights scattered throughout the unit, which is located on the top floor. There are 15 co-op units in the building.
