Featuring Patricia Cliff, Jonathan Conlon and John Gasdaska's sale at 30 West 63rd Street, Apt. 28CDEFGH, Upper West Side, Manhattan.

A sprawling 28th-floor apartment at 30 Lincoln Plaza, a 33-story condominium conversion by Milstein Properties across from Lincoln Center, sold for $13,746,375 and was the most expensive closed sale of the week, according to city records.

No. 28CDEFGH, at 30 West 63rd Street off Broadway, is made up of six separate units ranging from a studio to a two-bedroom and encompasses about 4,890 square feet of space. The apartment, which has monthly carrying costs totaling around $9,000, has views of Central Park, Lincoln Center and Columbus Circle.

The buyers made the purchase directly through the sponsor and were identified as Gadi Daniel Slade and Deborah Tillie Slade.

The 1979 beige brick building — which once had 609 rental apartments, several of which still exist today — was converted into luxury condos starting in 2009, and includes numerous amenities such as a health club, a rooftop pool, a lounge and a children’s room.
