Mr. Bon Jovi sold a duplex at 150 Charles Street, No. 4BS, for $15 million, according to city records, which was below its most recent $15.95 million asking price. He still made a tidy profit: He bought the apartment in September 2015 for nearly $12.9 million.
The 4,031-square-foot unit has four bedrooms and four and a half baths, along with a den/library that could be converted into another bedroom, according to the listing with the Corcoran Group.
