Hudson & Charles Dinette has signed a 10-year lease for a 675-square-foot vented space in this 1949 five-story West Village building. The restaurant will serve dishes including meat and poultry from Hudson & Charles next door, a sustainable butcher shop with another location on the Upper West Side. The dinette, expected to open in early fall, received a two-and-a-half-month rent concession for its build-out. Previously the space was occupied by a section of the Quarter restaurant, which closed in June.
