The 1,372 s/f condo at 650 Sixth Avenue is a landmarked Beaux Arts building that was originally a shoe store.  Now, the building has been converted into lofts.

 

The condo was on the market for three months.  Its common charges total $1,237.  The last asking price was $3,054,000.
