Picture Perfect Deal

Sometimes, it seems the market's picture perfect – at least it seems that way for Corcoran agents Eric Fleming, Flora Resnick and Karen Paneggiante.

 

The trio wrapped up the $1.3 million sale of a 1,500 s/f Soho artist studio in just over a month.

 

The 8 Greene Street unit offered the buyer a flexible layout, high ceilings, large windows with east and west exposures and low monthly charges.

 

Currently, the home is configured as an open layout with the bedroom area anchoring one end and containing a wall of built-in closets and a large bathroom with a washer/dryer.

 

The other end is set up as an artist studio and office, but can easily be converted to two bedrooms.

 

The center living area features a renovated open kitchen with breakfast bar opening out to a living room and dining alcove.

 

The asking price was $1,375,000.
