A strong marketing campaign, realistic pricing and a neighbor helped Corcoran's Timothy Scott close on a $1.45 million Flatiron loft sale in just seven days.

"The apartment was amazing and the sellers were very realistic about pricing properly. The buyer lived just down the street and so already appreciated the neighborhood, and when he walked in, he loved the loft immediately," said Timothy.

After setting a $1.499M asking price, blasting the listing at 1200 Broadway on Corcoran.com and landing a mention in a New York Times real estate story, Tim drew over 60 potential buyers to the very first open house.

The two bedroom loft was renovated by interior designer Marc Schlesser. Among its special features are lighting to showcase an art collection, 12' ceilings and huge windows offering bird's eye views of the Empire State Building. The unit comes with large storage space in the basement where there's also a bike room. Maintenance $1,966.
