Olde Good Things is coming to the Upper West Side. The architectural salvage company will move into the former Shabby Chic shop at 450 Columbus Ave. between 81st and 82nd Streets by the Museum of Natural History.

The store has 2,866 square-feet of ground-floor retail and 1,500 square-feet of basement space. This third Manhattan location will open this fall.

Nick Poshkus of Corcoran represented the leaseholder, Sotheby's International, in the four-year sublease, which had an asking rent of $150 a foot. The building owner, Walker Malloy & Company, was repped in-house by Rafe Evans while the tenant had an independent broker who wished to remain anonymous on its side.

The salvage company specializes in turn-of-the-century and pre-war building materials and antique furniture that is resold to designers, architects and consumers.
