The Corcoran Group Welcomes New Sales People

East Hampton - Erik Pellegrini has joined the Corcoran Group as a Salesperson in its East Hampton Office.

Erik's extensive background in sales and design make him a natural fit for the real estate business. His enthusiasm about the industry makes him an asset to buyers, sellers and tenants alike.

Erik is a LEED Green Associate. This accreditation from the U.S. Green Building Council affords him specialized knowledge of sustainable architecture.

Currently residing in Southampton on Little Peconic Bay, Erik enjoys the variety of activities that the East End has to offer throughout the year.

Patricia Britton has joined the Corcoran Group as a Salesperson in its Montauk office.

Born and raised in France, Patricia is an adopted New Yorker, and studied drama and ran a theater company in France, then studied English in London where she met her husband, an architect. She began teaming with her husband in his architecture office that specializes in designing, renovating and building custom home and apartments. Ultimately the family made the move to Montauk, and Patricia realized her dream career in real estate.
