Art dealer Janos Aranyi. 81, met his wife, Theresa Llorente, 70, at a party he hosted in this 1,868-square-foot Tudor-style two-bedroom 25 years ago. "This place seems to be magical for people. Many met in this apartment," says Llorente of the couple's affinity for entertaining. But after 47 years of throwing parties attended by high-profile guests. like Al Pacino and George Soros, the couple have placed their home on the market.
