Chelsea Modern Ribbon Cutting

To commemorate the opening of Chelsea Modern, real estate developer Robert Gladstone, CEO of Madison Equities, cut the ribbon at the 47-unit building with a spectacular undulating glass exterior designed by world-renowned architect Audrey Matlock.

 

Gladstone was joined by Elaine Diratz, managing director of Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group, the executive sales and marketing firm for the development; Dan Tubb, director of sales at Chelsea Modern; Andrew Salomon of Madison Equities; Norma-Jean Callahan of Chelsea Modern; and Andrew Harris of Madison Equities.

 

Both the developer and award-winning architect toured the top floor penthouses and mingled with the building's new residents and guests at the event held in the landscaped garden and third floor apartments of the building.

 

Located in the heart of West Chelsea, a neighborhood where prominent contemporary art galleries meet an emerging residential hotspot, Chelsea Modern, located at 447 West 18^th Street, has come to be one of the area's most distinguished buildings.
