As a child, Cory wanted to be an architect. However, one year of architecture school taught her that her skill-set was much more fitted to sales. She started her career in real estate in downtown Manhattan in 2004, fascinated by the lofts of Flatiron and the grit of the East Village. In 2006, she was hired to launch North8, one of Williamsburg’s first condo buildings. Here she fell in love with the neighborhood’s energy and saw it’s potential to become the latest place to be. She quickly found herself living and working on the other side of the East River.
