Danelle has been a proud Brooklynite for nearly 20 years and has seen first-hand the boom of vitality in the neighborhoods she has lived and thrived in for two decades. An early resident of the yet-to-boom Williamsburg, she began her real estate career helping others find their dream habitats as she had, and specializes in loft living. An important skill that she brings to the table is her many years of experience as a Property Manager in which she was responsible for a portfolio of over 500 apartments and commercial spaces. With that experience comes the ability to explain to her clients the advantages of one property over another and discuss the many questions people often have regarding rent stabilization versus market rate leasing. Danelle possesses a caring spirit, an ear for what matters to her clients, and a gift for finding that perfectly unique space with a pulse all its own. She is now a resident of the historic Wallabout District just outside the Brooklyn Navy Yard between Williamsburg and Dumbo, where she has represented landlords for 14 years. In her free time, Danelle volunteers with several animal rescue groups in the NYC area, a demanding and rewarding job she loves immensely.
