I had the opportunity to work with Ali Sekerci in April 2024 when I was searching for best housing options for my child for a summer internship in Manhattan. Ali made the process transparent, simple, and honest. He immediately contacted me from an on-line request I had made. He was thorough in identifying himself and his company, how he can assist my search, what is available to meet my child's summer housing needs, and what the steps would be. Once we began to focus on 2 buildings, Ali scheduled a Facetime call so that I could view the building and the individual housing inside and out. Ali, through his company, The Corcoran Group, handled the paperwork between the Building Management Company and me. Any issues I had such as providing the proper paperwork or paying a deposit on-line, Ali was right there to help me. The Corcoran Group charges an 'agent fee', and it is worth it! Ali Sekerci is my go-to for housing this summer, and the next 2 summers my child interns in NYC. I recommend Ali Sekerci because he is honest, trustworthy, and works hard for his clients.
