A few thoughts on our experience with Greg and Avi, our estate agents for the past 7 months who facilitated us in acquiring our present home at 121 West 78th Street. To both myself and my wife Filiz, Greg and Avi are the superheroes of real estate in what they accomplished for us in a very challenging situation. We had found our dream home back in April of 2021. We had been told it was 99% ours by the seller's agent , only to lose it to we assume a higher bid from another purchaser, even though we were never asked for a counter proposal. In one of the great twists of fate of our life, my wife was walking by the Corcoran office on Columbus Ave looking at other rentals when Greg came out and started to chat with her. She related the whole sordid tale of how the house that we had wanted so badly was pulled out from under our feet for reasons we didn't fully understand. Greg listened to the story and some light bulb went off in his head and he told Filiz maybe this is not a done deal. He

Avi is effective and communicates very well. He was able to bring us multiple candidates for our property and presents very well with professionalism.

He makes the process super easy, works hard to find you the right apartment and very much works to meet your needs. I could not have asked for a better realtor or company to work with.
