The phrase “goes above and beyond” is a bit overused but I cannot think of any other way to accurately describe my experience with Bibb. It took just looking at a couple apartments for Bibb to understand exactly what I was looking for and once she did she found the perfect apartment for me. I still have the video she sent by text while checking out my now apartment - “Um Chandra I think you really need to come see this place - like as soon as you can.” Sure enough when I saw it I knew I wanted to make an offer. There were other offers on the table and Bibb helped me figure out how to best make mine the most attractive without overpaying. As an added bonus she has a natural talent in interior design, figuring out what works in living spaces and has tons of personal experience with renovating in NYC. Bibb helped me measure walls, decide where bookshelves are needed and even checked to see if the electricity had been turned on at my new apartment when I was out of town. Her enthusiasm and interest in architecture, interior design, living in NYC and a desire to see her clients happy make her the best real estate agent you could ask for.

Bibb was so nice and experienced, it was such a breeze touring different neighborhoods with her, she educated us on every detail of NYC real estate market, which is very foreign to many out of town people. Even though we decided staying in our rental this year is the best for our family, we hope to work with her again in the near future.
