As a first time home owner the process of buying a home in SF was pretty overwhelming, however Caroline did an excellent job helping me navigate through the process and successfully purchase a new home. Due to unexpected circumstances we had to leave San Francisco before we had done any work making the house ready for sale. Caroline took over. She arranged everything: the necessary minor repairs, replacing the carpet, painting the entire interior. replacing some appliances, and staging the house. I've been lazy in writing this review, but I can't express more what a pleasure Caroline was to work with and cannot recommend her more! I was a first time homebuyer looking to stop throwing away my rent every month and purchase something in SF. Before starting the process, I was a little pessimistic on what types of properties I would be able to afford in this market. This being our first home​ purchase​, we were very nervous and cautious throughout our SF search. Caroline ​is extremely knowledgeable about the market and made it clear she had our best interests in mind as well. She provided detailed comps within every surrounding neighborhood, gave us her honest opinions of the positive/negatives for each property and never pushed us in a direction we were uncomfortable with. From the very first phone call, Caroline was incredibly helpful - offering advice and steering us in the direction of reality (optimistically!). She cast her net wide in searching the market for us, and provided names and contacts of brokers and bankers and contractors along the way. 4 years ago, we were looking for a house to buy in San Francisco and a friend of ours told me that they knew a realtor. But you know what, we don't (in general) like "realtors". But anyway we met with Caroline. Then we realized we didn't want a realtor but we did need a person (nice one), who was competent, and proficient in the business of real estate. Caroline worked as a buyer's agent for us, and helped us purchase a beautiful home in Noe Valley in a very competitive market (there were 3 other offers). As our lifestyle progressed (into running Triathlons), we wanted to find a home where we could build an olympic size swimming pool, and also wanted a really nice home office with views.
