Casey helped us find our first home, a $1.5m Brownstone in Bed-Stuy. We met Casey by chance at an open-house for a different building and instantly fell for their kindness, candor and charm. Casey was enthusiastic without being overbearing, informative without being overwhelming, and most important of all, incredibly responsive. Throughout the process, from start to finish, Casey was there to provide his information and insight into the daunting New York real-estate market. Casey helped me buy a condo in Greenpoint. He's the real deal. He is knowledgeable, prompt, and volunteered to go above and beyond what he needed to. During the apartment-hunt stage, his instincts on price proved to be spot-on in the 3 places we put offers on. After going into contract, he was proactive in talking with the seller's agents and my lawyers, usually catching issues before I ever knew I'd have to. As far as finding a home goes, working with Casey was probably as straight-forward as it gets. 10/10

The buying process was a real team effort for us and not only was Casey an all star, but he also helped us build out our team, from finding our attorney to a lender and then making sure everyone was on the same page. It was a dream and for all the crazy stories we'd heard about the process, Casey did everything he could to make the process smooth, transparent and painless. oh and FAST!
