    I'm going to start off by saying if you're looking for a reliable, friendly, trustworthy realtor, go with Charlotte. My husband and I just bought our first house in Nashville, however we were living in Chicago at the time. Unable to travel to see each house we wanted to tour in person, we had to rely on Charlotte sending us video walkthroughs and trusting her advice when she would tell us that wasn't the right house for us. She never pushed us towards a house that we felt wasn't the right fit, and overall was so patient working us. We couldn't have made this long distance move and bought a house sight unseen without a realtor that really had our best interest in mind so we are so grateful to have worked with Charlotte. We really can't say enough good things about our experience with her.
