I write to express my heartfelt appreciation for your swift and successful sale of my New York property in the Rockefeller Apartments.    This was my third and last selling experience of a home which I enjoyed for several decades with my late husband. It was a very happy home but, sadly, like all others, it became too big and lonely after his passing. All three experiences have been emotionally painful for me, but this one with you was practically a breeze thanks to your competence and professionalism.   It is a trite remark to say that selling one’s home is a nerve-wracking experience. However, as I well know, it is absolutely true and, in fact, most often, the relationship between an anguished seller and their agent is rather tense. This was never the case with you. At all times, I felt you were dependable, knowledgeable, available and an ally, offering your personal and personalized attention and great support. And the result was commensurate with your skills.   So, as I slowly settle into my new abode in Charleston, I felt I should tell you what I think about our collaboration and thank you for your outstanding  services.   With my thanks, Olga
