I would recommend Eileen Bermingham in a heartbeat! During the whole process she went above and beyond my expectations. I work in real estate and know many agents. Eileen is definitely one of agents I trust, respect and would recommend to family and friends. I live out of the area and was able to rely on Eileen to take care of everything that needed to be done to prep the property for sale. She kept me in the loop every step of the way. She was very clear in explaining the process for getting offers, responding and just being patient and waiting for the “right buyer”. But she did communicate quickly when the best offer came in even though it was a longer escrow (this didn’t matter to me). I would highly recommend her!

Eileen did an absolutely stellar job as our buyer's agent in SF. We couldn't have wished for a more knowledgeable, helpful, and responsive real estate professional during the rather involved, multi-month process of buying our first home, during most of which we were still living 700 miles away, in Seattle. I had already moved to NY when I decided to sell my Pac Heights condo, and she handled every aspect necessary to prepare the property for sale - including a fairly complicated toilet replacement project involving two toilets and marble work. She kept me updated on developments throughout the process and converted documents to DocuSign so that I could execute them remotely.
