She was very clear in explaining the process for getting offers, responding and just being patient and waiting for the “right buyer”. It was a difficult process for me since I owned the house for 31 years and wanted to find the perfect buyer who would care for it as well as I had. I was worried after the first week when there was only one offer that was not satisfactory and others pending. But she did communicate quickly when the best offer came in even though it was a longer escrow (this didn’t matter to me). I would highly recommend her!
