The smoothest transaction ever! I even forgot that we were in escrow. Smooth, no issues, a few extensions, but other than that, I couldn't have asked for anything more. 6-stars on a 5-star scale.

He went above and beyond before and after the escrow process for which I believe he is a vital asset to your company.

Erwin, was a pleasure to work with on many levels. His work ethics were outstanding, and he always kept his word and never forgot to follow up on any items. As we all know selling or buying a home has many moving parts, and Erwin always made sure that I was in the loop and kept me informed when I needed to know anything. If I needed to follow up on an email, or sign a document he always made sure I knew about it. His personal involvement in every step was a key part of making this sale a seamless transaction. At the beginning of this sale, I explained to Erwin that I was helping my mother with selling her forever home, and he knew exactly how I felt about the sale including the feelings my mother would be going through. He helped my mother through each and every step of the way to help her understand the complexity of selling a home that she lived in for almost 50 years. He talked to her in a way that made her understand the process, and treated her like he would treat his own family. We have moved and now we live in Oregon and will miss Erwin for all the things he has done for us and the kindness he has shown us. This sale was not about a number for him, it was about helping us...

Mr. Erwin worked diligently to help us achieve our goal of selling within 30-45 days after PCS’ing from Hawaii. He kept us fully informed every step of the way throughout the process. He didn’t just settle in order to make a deal, he made sure we were comfortable with the sale. He treated us like family and not just a deal. I would recommend any buyer or seller to him.

We really feel that we would not have gotten our new home if it wasn’t for Erwin Paulino. He was able to build a relationship with the sellers agent and put us on the inside track. We needed to sell our old home after our purchase and Erwin was able to find a buyer after just one Open House! Erwin is very knowledgeable and experienced and it shows in his work.
