Even though we had a lot of work to do before we were ready to browse the market, Etie answered all of our questions for A YEAR AND A HALF. When we finally reached our savings goal two years later, she became our champion, navigating all that comes with buying into a co-op run by a difficult management company (to say the least). We adore her and would recommend her to anyone renting, buying, or selling.

Etie helped us sell a Manhattan apartment we had inherited from a loved one. She was in every way exceptional! Her real estate and business expertise were awesome, especially helpful when the sales process was interrupted by COVID. But beyond being the consummate professional, Etie was fully sensitive to the emotional baggage that came with the apartment, insisting on spending days helping us clear out the place and helping us deal with the flood of memories.
