Francis is exceptional, plain and simple! First, I had no idea where to start in hiring a broker. I reached out to like 5 brokers I just found online, and immediately, Francis was responsive and attentive. I had very particular needs as a buyer, and Francis easily adjusted to those needs. I took a bit to find the perfect place, passing on places that were 'close' but off in some minor ways, Eventually, we found practically the exact place I had described to him in our first meeting, and Francis was extremely organized as we closed. He helped me make an offer below asking but one we thought was fair given our research. It was accepted, which saved me very real money.
