It is my third purchase of property, and I never had such a pleasurable experience. Hanifa is savvy, personable and knows the market inside and out. I never could have found my dream home without her. To reiterate, I have been nothing than pleased.

In 2007/2008 Hanifa Scully was my broker who helped me find and close on my apartment in Long Island City. I have nothing to praise for Ms. Scully. I had dealt with other brokers in NYC and Ms. Scully stands out from the rest through her dedication to the client, her knowledge of the market and particularly her very human approach to what can be a very fraught experience for a buyer. I respect her advice and her expert assessment of the market and what is right for her client. I have recommended her to friends and colleagues and would do so again.

I approached Hanifa at the beginning of 2008 to help me find a condo to buy. I was quite specific that I wanted to stay in the Hells's Kitchen/Clinton neighborhood. I was also quiet specific about my maximum budget.. Hanifa rose to this challenge admirably, I didn't purchase until after I had lived in the city for six years. Enough time to see, and to hear about, how many brokers worked. I can quote plenty of examples of prospective renters or buyers repeatedly being sent unsuitable listings, or being treated as if they were taking up valuable time that could be spent on another client. This is not Hanifa's style. She understands that for most people a home is a place to live, not a commodity. It's important to remember that whether you are looking to rent or to buy, your broker is there to defend your interests and advise you. Hanifa is patient, honest and trustworthy. She remained calm and reassuring. I have unhesitatingly recommended her to friends and co-workers.
