When we decided to sell our investment property, Jacki made each step of the way so simple and achievable. She was great at giving us checklists for getting the property ready to list as well as things to work on before closing. She knows the market! Wow! When she suggested a listing price, I thought she was aiming too high but I took her at her word because she's the professional. Within three days of listing our property, we had three good offers which were all significantly above asking price. She helped us weigh the merits of each offer and we were able to select the right buyer based on our goals. I never felt pressured. I always felt heard.
