A million thanks for everything - for navigating so professionally and patiently the NYC real estate jungle, getting us the apartment, the delicious bars you, as always so kind and gracious, brought to the closing , but more, far more than anything, for the tremendous and fun time I have had with you exploring the city over the past 10(!) months since mid-June last year. I'm reaching out to you for both Virginia and myself to express our gratitude for your efforts and success in not only guiding us but expediting our purchase of *** Street, Apt. 3F. This was no small feat, as we all know, but even then you were there for it. Thank you for the spreadsheets, the randomly thrown together lunch(es) on open house days, dealing with management companies and brokers who didn't seem to understand how to respond to emails (haha), but nonetheless staying the course when things got a little complicated. Lastly, your advisement during the co-op application and interview process was absolutely key to our obtaining our new home. We are eternally grateful.
