I used Jim Greenberg to buy a house in the Hamptons in 2021. During the process, I looked at properties in 3 or 4 different towns, changed my mind about what I wanted a dozen times, and ended up buying something in a different location and at a different price point than I initially thought I would. Jim stuck with me through it all and shared his insights on location, access to important community amenities, each house's pros and cons and all kinds of aesthetic considerations. I love my new home in the Village of Southampton and credit Jim for guiding me through a difficult and time-consuming process of finding exactly the right thing for me.

We contacted Jim on the recommendation of a dear friend who had used him to find a home. We had pressure on us to find a property suitable for a 1031 exchange. We told Jim we wanted something that we could re-imagine or re-envision to add value and he totally got it right away. On the first day he showed us half a dozen properties that could have fit the bill in one way or another. We settled on a home high on a hill in Southampton that had great bones but unimpressive finishes and are working with an architect to turn the home into an absolute showplace.

We have a large oceanfront home on Meadow Lane that Jim helped us rent during the summer of 2022. He impressed us with his dedication and the publicity he gave the listing, holding numerous open houses and finding us a renter that fit the bill. We were so happy with his work that we re-engaged him for the summer of 2023!
