When buying a house you want everything to be as perfect as possible. To have a real estate agent who helps you actively search for that perfect house while making sure you are well taken care of. I don’t know what to say about Julie aside from she is the best there is in my opinion. She’s fun and spirited. She is honest and kind. She made what could have been a very stressful process relatively easy. I asked a lot of questions and needed a lot of hand holding and she was there for it all with a warm smile and quick humor. Best of all, we are now friends too.

Julie is great. We bought a house 3 years ago and she was a powerful force for us. She is a bulldog and will fight for what you want, but she is also a calming force when things get a bit stressfull. We liked her so much that we sold our house with her recently. Implenting her suggestions aided in our home being under contract two days after it when on the market for over market value. She is the only realtor with whom I feel comfortable working.
