We were relocating our family from Los Angeles and wanted to live in East Oahu. Kelly helped us find a home in a very tight market and was a big part of making our transition an easy one. Kelly is just great to work with. She represented us in two transactions, as both buyer and seller of our Hawaii Kai marina home. She was extremely effective in locating the perfect property and securing the deal. When it came time to sell, she marketed the property and brought in a buyer in a matter of days. A year later I suggested to my mainland friend that she use Kelly to sell her waterfront Hawaii Kai condo. Kelly more than stepped up to the plate and got it sold. Our friend was extremely happy. When buying and selling in upscale Oahu neighborhoods, (Diamond Head, Kahala to Portlock, Hawaii Kai) we have personally used Kelly many times over the years since 2004. Since moving here from Calif. we have moved 6 times doing “fixer uppers”! Kelly has been so wonderful since she is so professional and knows all the good homes. She has all the contacts in the great areas and can also sell homes fast and at the best price, in our opinion. Also, she can showcase a home very nicely and has super decor advice. She is just so sweet and such a nice person, but very savvy, that we feel it helps the negotiation process greatly. When we had an unusual, super “difficult” escrow, she helped us through it and made it work. Honestly, we can’t recommend her highly enough for any level of client, she can do it all.

We planned to move to the mainland and try to sell our condo before we left. Referred to Kelly by a friend. She was so helpful in helping us looking for buyers. There were cash buyers among them too. For some reason my sons changed their mind and decided to stay back in paradise so we ended up keeping our condo. I feel so bad for Kelly because she did a lot of work to help us sell. I will highly recommend her and will ask her to help in our future buying or selling. She is professional and had patience with us. Very very good agent.
