Kiyomi could not have made my apartment hunting experience any better. I needed to find a place and move in as soon as possible and she made a stressful situation seem easy. Not only was she super organized with several listings to show me, but was genuinely helpful in finding me the best fit. I couldn''t thank her enough for navigating me through renting in New York City and I would recommend her again and again!

I had an awesome experience with Kiyomi. I was moving to NYC from DC and only had one weekend to look at apartments in person. She communicated with me a number of times before my visit to make sure she understood what I was looking for. We saw 10 apartments on Saturday, then she was able to schedule 10+ more showings on short notice for Sunday after the initial apartment I liked fell through at the last minute. She helped me with all the paperwork and made sure everything was taken care of before I returned to DC. She has even checked with me since the move in to make sure everything is going well! I would definitely recommend Kiyomi to anyone moving to NYC.

Kiyomi was a wonderful agent to work with. She put in a lot of effort to plan a full day of apartment showings and was extremely organized! When my top choice had been applied for by another person ahead of me, Kiyomi thought fast and through research found an apartment with the same exact layout in the same building that was also available! Kiyomi made my transition from California to New York seamless. She kept in contact with me before I flew out to New York, she kept in mind exactly what I was looking for, and set up multiple apartments for me to look at on my schedule. She made it so easy that I found my apartment in one day. It's in the perfect neighborhood at a great price. I couldn't have asked for an easier move and it was all thanks to her good work and amazing planning. It was very clear that she wasn't just trying to make her paycheck, she was honestly trying to find me my home. She even agreed that the best apartment was the one that ended up having the cheapest rent, which meant her fee would be less, but she couldn't let me pass up the great find. I couldn't be happier with the experience or the apartment that I found. I highly recommend her to anyone that is looking for an apartment in New York. 

Kiyomi is a godsend. She customized an entire day of apartment tours based on our preferences, and walked us through the entire process - even through difficult landlords! We ended up landing on an apartment that we loved, and wouldn''t have been able to do it without Kiyomi. 14/10 would recommend working with her
