Midhet was by far the best agent I worked with. After several experiences with unreliable brokers, I was hesitant to start the search all over again. Midhet took the time to go over my needs in advance in terms of my ideal home, and only showed me the kinds of apartments I had initially outlined I would be interested in. I really appreciate that he is proactive and organized, and ensured we saw as many apartments as possible in the time allotted to make the best use of my time. He is cognizant of one's needs, and not pushy or aggressively trying to sell you an apartment which I found to be a relief! He also actually cares that you're going to be comfortable in your new home and is always accessible through text and email. He is extremely professional, friendly, and has a sense of humor which makes the search a lot more pleasant!

Highly recommended! After a few bad experiences with brokers I grudgingly went along my apartment search despite my initial worries. But I was won over pretty quickly for all of the reasons noted. Mike was very knowledgeable about the market and was able to help me throughout the entire process. He was always available and willing to accommodate my hectic schedule. Midhet was extremely professional and got back to me right away on my inquiry. I was able to view not the exact apartment I saw posted (that one literally just got applied for), but two in the same gorgeous prewar building and ended up renting one of them. It was an excellent property and he had knowledge of that building, the neighborhood and the market there and we could see what a great place this was. We even went to see other units the same evening after first seeing his two units and for the same price they were of far less value, quality and amenities. He stuck around late so we could go back to his office and sign our application for the unit he showed us just a few hours earlier. Both the application and lease signing process were swift and organized. He communicated very well with me and was precise with his listing of bank items we would need for the signing process. Iâ??d definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a place. He also seems like a genuinely nice guy. Thanks
