Letticia was a pleasure from start to finish. Although my home did not sell it was not due to a lack of effort from Letticia . She was amazing. She held open houses cooked delicious tidbits for the guests. She used social media like a pro. Her assessment of the value of the property was spot on. It just wasn't the time for the house to sell however when I relist Letticia will again be my agent.
