As executor of the estate that owned a penthouse with a garden apartment, at the Millan House, 115 East 67th Street, I want you to know how pleased I am with your results. We first listed the units three years ago and used two other brokers who were unable to close a sale. Finally one year ago, I personally interviewed you and felt confident that with your credentials and proven track record, you could bring us a qualified buyer. Shortly after taking over the listing, you presented us offers from multiple buyers, one of which came in at full asking price.
