There are few people that I “highly recommend” as true professionals in their field, but Phil Parker is definitely one of them. Besides the fact that he was quick to reply with many rentals for us to consider, the day he showed us around town, he was constantly checking on new listings, contacting other agents and finding answers to questions before we even asked. He was fun, kind, polite and easy going and yet at all times was a true business man doing an incredible job as a real estate agent representing The Corcoran Group better than ever could have been expected. On our one and only day of touring apartments we found our dream apartment and began the application process. Phil guided us day and night through it all.

Phil Parker was amazing. I needed a rental in Manhattan in under 2 weeks in a specific area near my son’s school and he found us a great place. I thought it was an undoable request but Phil knew the area and came through. He was also very friendly and a very good listener, and he made the search so easy for me. If you are looking for a home in NYC, I highly recommend working with Phil Parker! My husband and I recently relocated to the city, and I have to admit that I was a bit nervous about working with a realtor in an incredibly tight rental market. I had heard so many horror stories, but Phil had put us at ease well before we had the chance to meet in person. Phil checked in with us a couple of times before we made the trip to tour apartments, he was an exceptional listener and made sure every property we saw fit everything on our list, including of course, location which was incredibly important to us. Phil has a wealth of knowledge about NYC neighborhoods, and knows a lot about building safety and city building guidelines given his background as a firefighter.

Phil went above and beyond to help my roommate and I find the perfect home in NYC. From being so responsive, to gauging our opinions, Phil strived to be the best there can be. I am so appreciate of all his hard work and dedication. Truly a remarkable experience!!!
