Sasha was always so quick to respond to my communications, email, text, or phone call. She was always very pleasant and had wonderful suggestions to help my unit sell. She really went above and beyond with extra decorating and set up, and always with a patient cheerful attitude. We sold the unit in short order and for a very good price. Just can’t say enough good stuff about Sasha.

I live in California and needed an agent to sell my 2 condominiums in Waikiki. They have been in our family for over 40 years and I had remodeled them both. I needed an agent that was an excellent negotiator, honest, reliable, dependable and most importantly to bring me the most value. I had researched many agents and after speaking with Sasha I knew she was the one! Sasha, did an outstanding job selling both of my condominiums in a very timely manner. Her communication skills are excellent and timely. She demonstrates excellence in her field.

Sasha has been wonderful to work with as our realtor. She is sharp and ethical, and does her homework. She has great connections with other honest professionals in building/contracting, which has come in handy a couple of times already. It has been a pleasure and we would (and have) recommended Sasha repeatedly.

Sasha and her team really do embrace the term KIND. Armed with compassion, trustworthiness, knowledge, and all the resources needed to provide for a positive experience. We met Sasha in 2015. She has always welcomed us with open arms when we visit from the mainland. As to this point we have not purchased, Sasha keeps us updated and we will be making a purchase in the future. If all professionals where as sincere and caring when dealing with their clients the overwhelming and stressful process would be mitigated. Sasha treats people as equal. That says a lot for a person in an industry that is all about making money. We have only had one agent on the Islands for 7 years and will not have another as long as Sasha is in the industry.
