I met Victoria through a friend and gave her the listing of my 2 BR in Ridgewood. She immediately knew market data like inventory in the area, recent comp sales -she even knew my building. We priced my unit to sell and got an asking price offer within 2 weeks! We closed last week and I was THRILLED. Victoria goes above and beyond. Truly. She went to the apt and for a few bucks I made some improvements so it would show better. Victoria was recommended to me by a friend who used to be a broker in Park Slope. Having looked for a place for nearly 3 years and having no success, I was very skeptical that we could afford anything in Park slope anymore, especially hearing about all the cash deals out there. Victoria told us yes it was difficult but it was possible and we should try. We had worked with a few brokers up until now in various areas of Brooklyn and New Jersey.
